Dragana Mirković Says Her Daughter Refused to Wear Her Designer Dress

Dragana Mirković has shared a small family story that, in her telling, reflects her daughter Manuela’s preference for keeping life simple. The singer said she once asked Manuela to wear one of her more exclusive designer dresses, but her daughter would not agree.
Mirković recounted that Manuela worried about being seen in the outfit by her friends. The singer described her daughter as uninterested in designer labels and said she was embarrassed by the prospect of wearing such a conspicuous dress around people she knew. Mirković presented the moment as an example of how her children have not grown up focused on luxury brands.
The singer is the mother of Manuela and Marko, whom she shares with businessman Toni Bijelić. While Marko has appeared more often in public and on social media, Manuela has generally kept a lower profile. According to Mirković’s previous comments, her daughter did not enjoy the level of public attention that followed when her Instagram account was briefly open.
During that period, Manuela reportedly shared snapshots from her private life, including beach and yacht photographs. Her profile later disappeared, and Mirković said her daughter preferred a quieter life away from public scrutiny.
Mirković has also spoken warmly about the attentiveness of her children, saying they check in on her and ask whether she is tired. In the account of the dress episode, however, it was Manuela’s reluctance to wear a high-end outfit that stood out to her mother. Mirković said the refusal made her proud, describing her daughter as someone who does not chase expensive labels.
