Zorana Pavić Says She Barely Survived After Something Was Put in Her Drink

Singer Zorana Pavić has shared a disturbing memory from a tour in Australia during the 1990s, saying she became seriously unwell after something was allegedly added to her drink. Speaking on the television show “Amidži šou” while answering questions from Instagram followers, she recalled experiencing hallucinations and said she barely made it through the night. Asked whether someone had tried to poison her during a performance, Pavić confirmed that she and others were on tour in Australia when the incident happened. “Something was put in our drink, and I barely survived that night,” she said, describing the effects she experienced. She added that she still does not know whether the people responsible intended to poison her or were trying to make her more open to working with them. The singer also addressed a separate question about a fellow performer who, she had previously said, damaged one of her projects. Pavić declined to identify the woman, explaining that she had forgiven her after the colleague apologised many years later. She said she saw no reason to name her now, especially since so much time had passed. Pavić recalled finding a harmless way to vent her anger at the time: she drew moustaches on the colleague’s crossword puzzle. She said forgiveness had ultimately brought her peace. Her account of the alleged drink incident, however, remains uncertain on the motive and offers no identification of anyone she suspects.
